Contacted my insurance for roadside assistance and was assigned this company. They were polite, but wouldn’t tow the car without an ADDITIONAL fee of $120 on top of what the insurance company pays them. They said they required a labor charge because the car tire wasn’t operational so they had to use a flatbed. I argued that a tow is a tow, but they refused to do it without the extra fee. I paid the fee because it was late at night and I didn’t know how long arranging another tow would take. Ended up having to get the car towed again the next day to a different shop. Same type of tow since no repairs had been done. The second towing company didn’t have any additional charge. Be careful with Eagle Towing and be prepared to get fleeced depending on your desperation level.

This company was contracted through StateFarm to tow my vehicle today after my tire burst on me. They arrived quicker than initial estimate. Great with communication and my car arrived quickly and safely to repair shop. I truly appreciate it!

Attempted to tow a car with this company through AAA. We put in the request at 3:30 and they gave an initial ETA of 5:30. The ETA passed and was changed to 5:57, then 6:45, then 7:30. The company never answered my calls. Instead I was checking in with AAA when each ETA passed- I was told by AAA the driver had not even been dispatched. During the entire wait we never heard from the towing company until after I called off the request through AAA. Wasted nearly 5 hours with no communication. I would not be nearly as disappointed if they bother to reach out on their own at all. Missed a wide appointment window with a mechanic less than a mile from our broken down car. Frustrating and Unreliable.
