On the most part Waste Management is a complete waste management company. The trucks are well maintained and dependable. The drivers seem to be over worked, therefore grumpy. I have for the driver to contact me, but to contact the customer, is forbidden.The driver always kicks my containers and leave the lids open for precipitation , water and snow.

Okay service for only option available due to government franchising. Horrible experience when we moved. Unable to schedule disconnect online, only option is to call and talk to an agent. Agent entered wrong year and our trash collection was stopped immediately leaving us with no way to get rid of all the trash associated with our move. WM refused to bring a dumpster back immediately, said earliest they could bring a dumpster back was 2 weeks after our move out date.

Two weeks in a row no trash pick up. Last week there wasn’t even any snow on our road. This week there was a little bit of snow but cars got up and down just fine. They don’t answer their phone, they redirect you to the website, and then it hangs up.
