I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jen and the entire team at Hughes Motors for their outstanding service. Our driver reported that the heater was not working on our new Volvo 2026, and Hughes Motors was the closest Volvo dealer. Knowing how easily a visit to a dealership can turn into days of downtime, I called ahead. Jen took the time to listen, understood the situation, and immediately offered to check the truck. The truck was taken into the shop right away, diagnosed promptly, and repaired within just a few hours. Thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, the truck was back on the road the same day with the heater fully operational. Most people leave reviews only when they have a bad experience, but it is just as important to share feedback when the service is excellent. Hughes Motors and Jen truly deserve recognition for their dedication and support in keeping trucks on the road. Thank you again for the great service. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable and Wonderful! I walked in looking to replace a seat worn out in a Mack truck I was assigned to. I see this business and all the new trucks from I26 and always wanted a reason to go. But it was closed during business hours. I hadn't been there before and figured the parts department would still be open. I came around to find a banquet lunch was being served for the employees inside the shop and as I turned to leave and come again another time, a lovely lady approached me. Not only was she wanting to help me with my inquiries she introduced me to the parts manager, then let me know they were celebrating Mack trucks 125 years, then invited me to join them for lunch!! This incredible gesture was absolutely refreshing in my customer service experiences and the care and concerns for my matter truly has me believing you are in good hands here!

Britney is AWESOME!! Excellent service and work is always done in a timely fashion! I trust them, they have never told me I needed something fixed that didn't need to be fixed. As the General Manager of our facility, I would highly recommend using them!!
