Employee was extremely rude. We thought something we were throwing away went into one bin but it actually went into a different one. Instead of being kind and letting us know that what we were putting it into the wrong bin the employee yelled at us like we were children getting caught doing something bad. Felt extremely disrespected as there were a lot more mature and adult ways to handle the situation due to a simple mix up.

If I could give a zero I would. Whoever was the very heavyset man that was working at the Socastee/Jones Rd dump at the outside ( leaves etc) waste dumpster was cussing and just being loud, rude and threatening! There were plenty of witnesses, some of which gave us their phone number In case we needed witness account. He was completely unhinged. What we wanted to do was call up and file a complaint. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe there was something going on in his life so we chose not to, but if anybody else has had any issues with this person then maybe it is time he finds a job that he would be happier at.

Very impressed w these recycle centers. People there are very helpful when u follow the rules or just ask them first.
