This place is the absolute worst of the worst. RUN do not walk to literally any other auto parts store in the valley. The shop I've worked at has had a relationship with these guys under previous ownership for 35 years. As soon as corporate took over this Napa it went down hill. We've had issues with inventory being off (can't find the parts you ordered), staff not showing up, not delivering parts, not picking up the phone. Extremely long wait times (but when calling in from personal cell phones they pick right up). I've called managers, I've called corporate nobody seems to care one bit. To clarify our business relationship at one time these guys were our #1 supplier. We were likely there largest volume account at one time. Business must be really good for them if you can afford to sour that type of relationship. In closing it isn't if this store will burn you it's when. Do yourself a favor and buy your parts literally anywhere else. Update: This store is still downright awful! UPDATE 4/19/2025: Got a call this morning asking how badly I needed an item. Cut a check to these guys a week ago for just under 25k. Told them don't worry about it, I will call Autozone and get the part in 5 minutes.
