I’ve had the best experience so far with everyone at Shady Grove York! Every single women who works there is attentive, kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and keep things on track toward your goal! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Ochalski. Just to shout out a few ladies, Autumn G. Is such a light and always makes me feel at ease and comfortable when she is drawing blood. Kayci B. is always positive calming energy and it’s great at getting you on the schedule among other things. I can’t say enough how incredible the entire York team is! 10/10!! Love these ladies!

I Love coming to the York PA office! Dr O has been great and answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a way that we can understand. Autumn is amazing when she does my blood draws and Denise explains what we are looking at when I have my ultrasounds. Also, my nurse, Rachel is VERY responsive when I send messages through the portal. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area!

I've had such a frustrating start with this facility when fertility is stressful enough. I had an initial consult where we had a short conversation and the Dr made recommendations. One was for weight loss and mentioned glp-1 injections stating it would be $280 for 3 months. She even wrote it down for me and then a nurse told me it would be more than double what she quoted. If I can't trust her to give accurate pricing information then why would I trust her with my fertility experience. Additionally it was supposed to be a free consult through their referral program and I've gotten several messages saying they are charging my card they made me put on file $250. I called their finance team and they had no idea about the referral program and said I would have to call back in a few days. Overall just a bad first impression and I can't afford $250 for a short conversation.
