Where to begin…this was a great experience with awesome people assisting…I called several weeks ago looking for a part and was quoted $100 for the part. I thought this was a great price considering how hard it is to find what I was looking for. Well I showed up 2 weeks later and the part was there, the staff drove me around the property and showed me several options. When we went back to the main building I was shocked when they told me the price they wanted. The price quoted was $100 and they changed it to $50!!! I told them they quoted me $100 on the phone and they said no problem they would honor the $100 price but also let me get several other items I needed included in the price. I will 100% return to buy more parts and accessories for my project. If you are in the area or looking for something specific definitely give this place a shot!

I highly recommend this business. I found 2 batteries for my diesel truck cheaper than anywhere else I looked. They were Champion batteries. Also the employees there were helpful and friendly. I will shop there again.

I needed some parts yesterday when I walked in at 439pm. Doug said he could not guarentee that they would get on the truck in time to get there in the morning. But they did. Most appreciate the hard work and commitment to excellence from all who were involved in getting the parts on the truck and the driver bringing the parts. I know it can't always work out that way but this time it did. Thank you ALL.

Sometimes I feel sad all my reviews are negative. I worry that reflects me and not the way ppl conduct businesses around here. But there I go to a place like this and I’m reminded, ppl can run a good, helpful, honest, company. This place renewed my hope in our town. Cause sadly most all other companies around here and fort payne are AWFUL with caring or being fair. I recommend this place. My husband loves it and the ppl. They mixed some Car paint for us and were beyond helpful. Perfect experience every time.

Ken's is the best place to go to get parts. He almost always beats the price on the chain stores. And if it's not in stock he can have it the next morning. Very friendly staff and the guys behind the counter know their stuff. See Randy or Michael and they will get what you need.
