I spoke with the dumbest person I ever had the misfortune to waste my time with. Completely unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all cost.

Unprofessional rude and uniformed people. Country bumpkin typical service. I had a stolen vehicle that was left on the side of the road and impounded , after locating the vehicle two weeks later they offered no type of understanding in costs or cost forgiveness .

poor experience. was not made aware that an appointment had to be made. drove 30 minutes to a nasty location which was than was turned away due to not having what the company wanted, even though this is a scrap metal location. definitely wont be recommending this place to any scrap metal friends.

They didn't have my part but the customer service was really nice . He pointed towards some places that could help us .
