Absolutely horrible experience! My fiancé and I found a car we wanted and gave Dave $2500 down because he said it would take 2 weeks to get it ready to give us. Here we are 4 months later and no car or money back! He doesn’t answer calls and he gives my fiancé the run around every time he calls or goes to see him. At first he said he would not give our money back and we just had to wait. Then eventually he said if it wasn’t ready he would have to give our money back. It’s still not ready apparently and Dave is in Florida!! So we’re out $2500 at the moment unless he gives us our money back or our lawyer gets involved. Never go through this place!

Worst experience! We called ahead to see if they had people to help us and the women on the phone said yes they would help us move our very heavy cast iron radiators. So when we got there the sign said exit only in very bold print so we went to where it says scale entrance and after we waited a few minutes being ignored by the employee in the building we called again. The very sweet women that we talked to early picked up and told us to ignore the exit sign and go to the scale all the way to right. After they weighed us she said to pull forward and someone would be out to help. So we did just that, pulled up backed in next to pile of scrap until the employee in the machine started yelling to have us park over by him. Well now the machines are loud but waiving your hands like a maniac telling us where to go doesn’t help either one of us. The gentleman had us park in a giant mud puddle because it was easier for him to sit in that machine watching us struggle to get everything out, instead of helping himself or getting someone else to help. So now the we know we aren’t getting help like we were hoping cause it was a process to get these things in now we have to hold up everyone to get them out of the truck. I have never felt so rushed like I did there I had 1 radiator that was pushed out and was right next to our metal bumper and this guy couldn’t even give us a min to get more off the truck before he is picking it up with the magnet. Would have been nice for us to unload it then have him move it to where it needed to go but instead it felt like a mad dash to unload and get out of his way. Unfortunately the only person who should get any kind of shout out was the very nice woman answering the phones. More then likely won’t be back and won’t really recommend to anyone.

Owner is extremely nice guy, I always scrap with him and have never had a bad experience not in the 12 years I've been going there

Great to deal with. Easy in & out cash in hand. I drive 30 minutes to go there when I could drive 15 to go to whatever Cohens now is called. Always been helpful. Never an issue in times I’ve been there. Helpful & friendly. Definitely better then Eastside ever was ;)

My fiancé and I ordered parts through here and had to drive over an hour to get there. We were running late and called to see if they could have everything at the counter and the manager was so helpful! She pulled the order and told us to take our time, that she would stay past close to take care of us. They were very professional, friendly and have good quality parts. We hope to do business with them again in the near future!

Gives good prices for pulled parts and I've seen plenty of pulled engines and transmissions sitting in big containers. Seen some cars you rarely see anymore in there too. Pretty big lot of imports(Honda, Subaru VW, etc...)

Bought a gage cluster for my chevy, and buy all my parts from moes great prices for a u pull

Scales a ripoff. I weighed in at another facility before going there 6980 was my weight full load. I had aluminum, iron and some metal. Not that it matters. Unloaded, watched the scale fluctuate of course I get the green light when the weight jumped up 6570. Collect 60 bucks. After, I went back to the other weigh station. Weight 6450. Ok, so you clipped me for 10, 20 bucks. I had a feeling this thing was off. And honestly I don't want to hurt a family or their business. In fact, the only reason I'm writing this review is in hopes that they take action and repair/fix or straighten this matter out. I don't want a reply from the owner denying this, that would only serve to push me to the point of filing with NYS weights and measures. I only ask that the matter be handled.

Always been happy with their service; however I'm here at 4:32 pm to return a core part and their website & voicemail both say they are open until 5 pm! I'm 35 minutes away and am a bit frustrated.

From beginning with the first phone conversation to the end when the gentlemen picked up my car it was made so easy. I have never encountered such amazing and extremely nice people in my life.
