The dont even deserve a star … they took the phone & was in rush dont even heard what you what you ask for … and said no e hang off smal business gonna stay small business

Got screwed by these people. Specifically by the owner, Russel. 13 pounds of gold plated connectors stolen from me. This is a shady company.

I’m very grateful to LAZARUS REC.My car Toyota RAV4 19 was flooded & hybrid battery was damaged.I could not find any solution any were,I got frustrated. Eventually with the sincere cooperation of Willie & Marco my car was fixed. Thanks .

My Dad took me to Able years ago to purchase a part for my car. I have used them several times since then. The most recent part I picked up had an issue twice. I was worried that I might have to put up a little bit of a fight in regards to taking it back especially being a female. Like one of the other reviews on here said they do stand behind there parts. To me this transaction could have either made me never do business with them again or cemented me being a customer. I most definitely recommend them and have sent friends to them. I love the old school family atmosphere they have there. They even picked up my coffee truck purchase while I was there.

I was smiling today after a stop at Yarrow Sled Parts! Ryan is very knowledgeable and the service was great! I was broke down this AM, and rode 40 miles this PM! I can't thank you enough!

Over the phone super professional, understanding and knowledgeable. They ordered my part and I got it the same day. Unlike those other stores which were way out of the "Zone" and really not that "Advanced" at all. I paid a little more but for better service and same day pickup, its so worth itThank you so much a very appreciative customerVictor

Bought a compressor, stopped working after two weeks. Brought it back, owner doesn't have same part and will only issue store credit and won't get me the part the same day and told me to wait till tomorrow. Asked him politely to give me the cash so I can get the part elsewhere but did not do so. Absolutely terrible. I took off work to get the ac fixed and now they won't have the part for me nor will they issue me cash. Avoid if possible, they have defective parts and will not issue you cash back.

Been there twice. Depending on who can be bothered to help, is how well your treated. They don't like being told they are wrong even if you have decades of experience with what your returning. The manager was to busy to be bothered. The only good person there is the sweet lady running the scales. She's a good person and doesn't deserve to work in such a dump. I will never return to a place that says on a price list what they pay, then once they take it, they run in the office and pay whatever they feel like. It's corrupt and theft. Someday hopefully the better business beauro, will shut this place down.

They do everything to help you with a hard to find part and actually call you back when they say they will.. I’ve been buying parts from Ricky for my repair shop for years and never been disappointed. Give them a call when you need a part!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Sorrell. He responded quickly after I inquired about the cost of picking up a ful-size mattress with a topper and a box spring. The price was very reasonable and he picked up the items that very same day. We couldn’t be happier with the service he’s providing and we plan to use his service in the future. We highly recommend using this business for the removal of unwanted items! It was fast, affordable, and, overall, a pleasant experience.
