Very difficult to get a hold of. You leave a voicemail for Johnny Marsh 2-3 times in one day and do not ever hear back. When they do answer you get some rapidly spit out can you hold and they put you on hold for 1-15 minutes. Eventually the call is cut off. If you need a core pickup, good luck. They will not come unless you ask several times. I do not understand how they are in business when they have such poor customer service.

Their business model is about their employees being able to get home on time and so when you show up there 30 minutes before they’re closing, if they feel that they’re not gonna be able to get home on time they will send you away… So don’t believe that they actually close at 4:15. There are other options in Reno since they’re not really that hungry for business

Brought my son down to recycle some copper from our electrical business. I’m new to Carson so they paid me half the going rate. It was a small amount so I took it but it’s worth the drive up to Reno for fair rates. I wanted to teach my son a lesson about recycling but I taught him one about dishonesty instead. Good luck if you come here.

I really loved working with Hoffman, they were very quick with email responses. I found the price to be reasonable and the time we had the Dumpster was great, both pick up and drop off was quick, easy and professional. It's too bad THERE LOCA. The on phone app said they closed permanently and with no visible business signage there extremely hard to find and with poor phone people - it's just hard and saddening that I can't do business there. many many other restoration outlets out there oh well good luck if you want to try

Made the mistake of calling them. I had no idea group of people could be such absolute douche-waffles. I am now aware that they are commercial and Industrial only but I would urge all business partners willing to work with them to strongly reconsider any sort of partnership as this company is represented by astoundingly terrible employees. It's hard to believe any business worth their salt would be willing to deal with such asshats.

Drove 70miles to see a 1989 suburban that was advertised for 7999 in the pictures it looked real good worth taking the drive when I got there the suburban wouldn’t start you could tell that there was damage and had a bad repair paint didn’t match , I would say the vehicle worth 800 tops. I would never purchase a vehicle from them .

Disappointed! Along with other items, I ordered the 4635-B U-Joint kit specifically as the catalog (and on-line) represented the kit as containing the bolt head locking tabs which are original equipment to the '55 T-Bird. The U-Joint kit received did not contain the locking tabs and when I spoke to the representative at Concours, he was not helpful at all stating "that's the way the U-Joint kit is" and no suggestion on how/where I may be able to obtain the locking tabs. My only recourse was to ship U-Joint back (at my expense). I expected better technical support and service from Concours.

Basically a scam. Hung up on me too after I didn't immediately take there "final offer" immediately of $350. For those caring to read, let me share my experience. These place, like a few other places I call to get a quote for my damaged car, "run the numbers", get you a "guaranteed offer" of a low ball amount and then you have to haggle them. They offered me $250, and than a final offer of $350. I've been offered $400-500 for this car. Background: This car is worth $5000-6000 (see picture from today's autotrader search). It has $1200-1400 of damage depending on if they can do the repairs ($700-800 for parts only), or they want to salvage for parts they could probably get $2000. Beware of places like this, they talk smooth but can't step up to the plate with real offers.
