Grate place and people and fair prices this is a small business not a large company scrap yard

I go to the TWC about 2 -3 times a month. Scrapping steel. Always, in and out quick and smooth. I get help, sometimes , when one of the guys sees that I need equipment to unload. I never ask though. I'll be going there this morning to unload , rolling steel garage doors and a little bit of sectional garage doors stuff. I expect to spend about 20 minutes of loading and unloading steel. I should get around 60$-80$ for 20 minutes of work. That's not bad.

Absolute worst place to call and try to get a part!! 2 days and still cant get an answer if they have the part i need or not! They keep saying they will call me right back and they are checking on it now!

Everyone here was so nice, helpful, and professional! Huge selection all sorts of makes and models. They were able to find exactly what I was looking for, a stock radio with CD and cassette player, and a rear bumper. Got to see the bumper on the parts truck and confirm I'll take it before it was taken off. It was definitely worth checking out!

I stopped at Satterfields salvage yesterday. I was looking for a gas cap. They had a whole box of them. The man behind the counter told me I could try them to see if I could find one to fit. I took the box outside and actually found 2. I took the box in and asked him how much and he told me I could just have them. He made my day. If you are looking for something for your car or truck, you should check with them first. They are great!

We use Larry's for our garbage collection. The driver has gone above and beyond to bring our garbage down when we have forgotten to put it on the street. Would definitely recommend.

Was a great experience with my wife,daughter, and granddaughter looking and finding the parts that my 15 year old granddaughter needed for her first truck. Everyone was helpful and respectful to myself and my girls. Fair and Resonable prices However, driving lanes in the salvage area is filled with various types of debris. It's nothing to it if you just take your time to navigate it. We will be returning for more.

Rodney has always been great to us! Done business with him for years. He's old fashioned and down to earth when it comes to dealing with vehicles and customers. He is a bit hard to get ahold of at times, but just keep trying. Would recommend checking for your parts through him.

The yard attendant Melissa Berry is wonderful! She helped us so much,as we didn't really know where to go ..she pointed us out to the right direction and seemed to be a very hard worker ,thrown in there with all those men! She can out work them ,I do think!

Jeff's customer service was excellent. I called at 1:30 on a Friday he told me it would be awhile before someone could go pull them for me and that he would call when I could pick them up. I was expecting maybe Monday or Tuesday not 3:00 the same day.

I bought a car from Brian and let me just say he is a good respectable bussiness owner. I told him what I was looking for and he fixed me right up. He is an awesome mechanic and he knows his stuff.
