No garbage pickup at all last week. I called customer services four times. Two times I was disconnected after speaking briefly with an agent. Next agent told me my garbage would be picked up on that day or next morning.. Neither was done. Today garbage is still mount for pickup. NONE so far. Such a pity there is no competition for this company. I would definitely leave.

Chris is always so helpful and friendly. He always tries to keep a few reasonably priced cars for sale.

I called and was told he would pick up my old flood damaged van at 2PM, At 2 he called to say he was delayed and would arrive at 3.30PM. He hooked on to the van and had a very hard pull from the mud. His winch battery went dead, and he would return later that day. He called and said he had problems and would return in the AM. Next AM he called saying he was on the way. With much difficulty he dragged my old van up on his trailer. Notice, he kept in touch, showed up when he said. That kind of customer care is very rare today. 5stars. Mike Brown

What kind of HORRIBLE company would ship this to a customer and refuse a refund or exchange. No moral to do the right thing just to get a quick UNETHICAL buck

Service is bad very unprofessional

Talk with a gentleman over the phone he was very helpful. He didn't have the part I need it for my car but he tried to steer me in the right direction to find it.

Great customer service and hard working! I leave here very happy because I love to save money
