I called at 9am this AM, someone picked up the phone right away, very courteous and responsive and offered a slot between 11am-1pm today. The 2 guys out with the truck finished their last job early so they arrived by 9:40am and were done with hauling out our 3 very old and heavy TVs before 10. Super efficient, polite, nice fellows. The BEST service! I called the day prior of wanting a dumpster and was told the soonest would be the following weekend. My fault for procrastination. That following day, the owner, Matt, emailed to let me know me they had one available and they could deliver that day! Matt was always so responsive and kind. They also followed instructions of where to put the dumpster as I was not home. I will use them over and over again for my junk removal needs! Super friendly staff. Picked up a large and heavy pull out sofa bed from our second floor. I offered to help get it through a tight space, and the gentlemen very politely declined, saying “that’s what you paid us for - don’t worry about it!”…what an awesome response! So much love for this business! They made my job so much easier and did what would have taken me 2-3 weekends in just 2 hours.
