Called and asked if they had a part. They said yes and so I headed over. I arrived at 3:45 only to find that they were closed. Sign on the door said they’d be back at 2:40.Then I looked into the yard from the road and saw the car I needed to take the part from, only to find that they lied to me about the car part. The car they had on the lot did not have the part that I needed anyway. I needed a heated mirror with LED turn signals and the one on the lot was a basic mirror with no turn signal on it.Needless to say I wasted gas and time coming over here. Just gonna order from the manufacturer. If there was a way to give a negative rating I would.

Scammers, Horrible business , stay away! I've been doing research on business and this is how they operate, numerous others have the same story. They took $1,000 from us and sold us a faulty transmission and refuse to give us our money back. They won't take our phone calls . Rosie continues to hang up on us, and is rude. It's been two months. I called sheriff and this is common practice for 1-Stop in LaBelle. We are forced to bring them to court.

Called ahead for a part.we drove there to get so said part and they said oh no the glass doesnt come with it .itll be extra. So we called other places and asked if the glass came with it and they said of course. They were confused why we would ask such a silly question . This business is just a scam!! Buyers beware they are not trustworthy

Horrible service.. I have been begging for a refund on parts that were never delivered.. All of sudden, they wont take my calls, respond to my emails or text messages. Civil court lawsuit is my only alternative..

I used this Towing company for the first time and had an very professional experience with them. I highly recommend them.
