From the first inquiry I made to schedule an appointment they called me back within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. They have an easy model they use to charge pricing, and I think it's very fair. The two professionals who arrived were on time, very friendly, and even got along with my large dog. Excellent Staff, Professional, Responsive, Good Value, Good Quality,I really love their 1-2-3 Process. Any junk you want removed will either go to one of their many local donation partners or recycled as much as possible (reducing landfill waste). The team was slightly late due to bad weather and traffic, which I can’t fault them for. They did call and advise me of their ETA. When they did get here, they introduced themselves and reviewed all items that needed to be moved. They gave me an estimate on the total cost.They took things apart and had everything loaded quickly. They even helped me put a door back on a dresser that was staying here. Turns out the load was slightly less than anticipated; they billed me for the lower amount.An altogether good experience. We selected 123 Junk because Customer Service rep Rebecca was very clear and helpful in advising us on pricing and scheduling for this relatively small removal project (a sofa, a recliner, and a small desk). Tyler and his colleague, who picked up the furniture, were on time, polite, and skilled at carrying out the furniture. Minimum charge was a bit higher than I had guessed it might be, but I selected this company based on positive discussion with Rebecca and hope that the company could find some charity for at least one of the items. It turned out that the estimated volume of goods was a little high and they charged me less than the quote I had accepted.
