I order a Blue Sea M-ACR for my boat. After receiving the item and before installing it, I asked a question. If there is an issue with the item can I return it. The answer from Chris surprised me. If you feel a problem please donot install it. I will refund you. That was so amazing and I never seen such a customer service in my whole life. Most people make 100 reason not to refund. My perspective about the company and Chris is so high now. I recommend them to anybody and use them in the future for all my boat need. What a profound impact that one conversation created.

Chris, the owner has been in business for decades and his knowledge of boats and trailers is extensive. 411 keeps an impressive inventory of EZ Loader brand trailers. I wasn't sure what size I needed for my 40 year old Boston Whaler but Chris knew immediately which trailer was the correct one for my boat. I had to wait a few days for a new shipment, but once they came in, Chris called me immediately and and held it until I could come over from Savannah. When I went to pick it up, he went over the whole trailer and made several helpful suggestions regarding maintenance.He had all the paperwork ready before I arrived. 411 prices were well below any other retailers in the area. 411's website is a great place to start, since the prices listed are accurately stated.
