I made an appointment for estimate and removal on the same day via their website. As my pickup time approached, an employee called to give me an updated time to verify if a later visit within the window would still be alright. The two young men were kind and courteous when they arrived and inspected the junk I needed removed. Their estimate was correct as well, and didn't mind when my dog kept interrupting their work. All in all, from the time they arrived and left, they were done in 30 minutes.The peace of mind, having my clutter removed all at once, was well worth the service. Thank you!!

I have tried to use their service both for my job and personally. It never worked out, just empty promises from I’m guessing the owner, or whoever is the one who always answers the phone. Junk removal is difficult enough (box spring and mattress), don’t make it harder on customers. I don’t know who has been giving you 5 stars.

They move an amazing amount of junk in just a few hours! The 777-Junk guys who came out to clean a very full basement of a relative were incredibly professional, kind, non-judgmental, and efficient.
