Do not use them for a semi truck tow. Very unprofessional. Did not listen to the cirumstances of my situation. Had to keep calling to make sure they where coming. Once they finally get there after 3 hours they tell me they couldn’t tow me. Waste of time!

Unprofessional isn't the word. Waited 2 hours just to find out I wouldn't get serviced. Requested for roadside assistance for a tow, they didn't even bother to contact me to cancel or communicate. My insurance provider and myself called MULTIPLE times. MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER!!.. NO STARS IF I COULD!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced. They picked my car up Sunday morning about 6am. I am here Monday at 940am to pick the car up. This is a little over 24 hours. The charge is $185 plus a storage fee of $40 for Sunday and another storage fee of $40 for Monday. I tried to pick it up Sunday but they wouldn’t let me. I was told that I could pick it up Monday when they open at 9am. They are charging $40 for Monday and they just opened. The $40 storage fee is for the day ! So total plus tax is $298. They wouldn’t reduce the $40 storage fee for Monday since they only had the car for 40 minutes Monday. They are rude ! Their prices are outrageous !I will NEVER do business with this company !

This staff is top notch. These guys are the best of the best. Towed me in and repaired the damage to my truck on the same day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very talented at what they do for a living. Great people ....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Guy told me $450 over the phone. Driver comes out, gets stuck so now my tow truck needed a tow truck and I got charged $550. Don’t bother with this trash company

They quoted us $475 for 17 miles of towing and at the end told us $546, when I refused the ripoff treat us of taking the truck to they yard forcing us to pay. Never use them again,owner operators please stay away from these crooks they will also rip you off and flat lie on your face. Never never never stay away,use some one else.

Sent me 2 bad transmissions so the next step was to send parts back to them for a credit. They gave me a really hard time on getting the labels printed to return parts, and made some unreasonable request of me on how to ship the parts back, Gilbert was very rude and difficult to work with, he did everything but cuss me out. I had to call in for four days in order to get a return label to be able to return the 2 parts. They only gave me a 50% credit in the beginning, i had to call them again about the second credit and they acted surprised when i called in, then finally gave me the full credit i was owed, if i would have not double checked my records, do you think i would have ever received the second credit? likely not. This process cost me a ton of money and time moving these heavy parts around.

They cancelled...did not notify my roadside assistance provider. Had they not followed up, we would not have known. Wouldn't bother calling them.

A-1 Wrecker Service of West Memphis is an Outstanding company with awesome customer service. Tow truck driver, Allen was a true professional when my semi truck trailers right rear wheels slid into a farm ditch. Causing an almost disastrous day for my trailer and possibly myself. A-1 arrived quickly and professionally righted my trailer back onto the road saving my trailer/cargo.I can not say enough "Thank You's" to Allen and A-1 for saving the day.
