The first number I called and the last. I was relieved to know they would pick up anytime and offered a fair price. Also, I'd forgotten my plate. The owner Joey retrieved it for me and allowed me to pick up the next day. Very kind and professional service from the beginning, from both the owner and tow driver. For a worry free transaction during a stressful time, I highly recommend and will only use A&Z Junk Cars for Junking a car or towing in the future!

So I called last week and Joey (super nice) said he'd pay $700. However I was not able to get to where the car until today. So I left work early and met the guy at the car. Well it went from $700 (Joey) to Ali telling me $600 with catalytic converter or $500 without. At no point do they mention rims or anything else. I literally told them it is broke down and a junk car. When they guy arrives the price drops to $300 because the rims were not good and he said theres no catalytic converter. I also had to wait 2 hours because the person that receives text messages did not tell the driver the correct place to go. I should also add that back in 2023 when I sold them another junk vehicle a similar situation with the money happened (over the phone it was one amount and when they arrive it drops). Another time the driver said I did not have a catalytic converter however I know I did for sure on that one because I was the only owner of that vehicle for quite some years (at least 10 years) and at no point was the catalytic converter taken off but it wasn't worth an argument because it was only a hundred dollar difference. This time the price went from $700 to $300. After wasting my time. If $300 was what they were going to pay I'd had the guy 2 miles from the shop, where the car was parked at pick it up over the weekend... I understand I should be grateful I was able to get anything however when you mislead people with the price it just gives SCAM vibes. I should have waited for Joey to be there. The brother Ali is who I dealt with today and would not recommend doing business with him. Stick with Joey only. I gave the 2 stars because of my dealing with Joey. He seemed like a straight forward and honest guy. I would have given zero based off today's situation dealing with Ali.
