Well my key was stuck in my ignition and my car battery was dead and so my key was locked in the car because my key fob won't work and I called and Steven came out and unlocked my car and jumped the car and showed me how to get my key out. Quick, easy and inexpensive. Called for tow truck to have car picked up and taken to local mechanic. Tow truck arrived prior to specified time given. Dropped off to mechanic. Called me back to confirm vehicle at repair shop. Further, text sent from tow truck owner thanking me. $40 is the least amount i have ever spent on a tow. Of course, we had a flat while on vacation. It was Sunday night. A1 called within minutes of my insurance company's on-line service request. They were very quick to respond. The man went above and beyond to fix our truck, not tow it, right then and there on the corner of Central and Grand at 8:30 pm. Had a time limit of 9, because that's when Auto zone closes. This dude got me the part first then just fixed my truck on the side of the road in under an hour.
