I called for them to pickup a truck from Krebs, OK. The guy said for me to text him the address, so I texted him the address and sent him screenshots. Apparently the guy couldn’t find the address, so he calls me and tells me that my google maps took him to the wrong place. I asked him if he could please look again, he said he didn’t have time that he was working on picking up a another truck. Then, I tried to explain how to get to the house, and he said that he didn’t have time to talk on the phone. Acted like he was going to do the job for free or if it was a hustle for him to look.Poor work et tone of voice.I ended up calling TESTA TOWING, they arrived within 15mins!!

All I can say is Acey is a white man, I've been in Arkansas since right before 9/11, so it's been a long time since I needed Acey, but I'm telling you I have only found 1 tow service remotely close to Aceys here and that's Pete Hills, Royal AR. I have told many people if you need a tow anywhere near McAllister OK, Acey is your Man. Period end of story

Ignorant company. I called to ask for a vehicle in my yard to be towed that was not mine but blocking my vehicle in and he said call the police and hung up on me. I wouldn't give my money to someone who talks to customers that way.
