Sarah Fuller was very helpful and exactly got the car that I was looking for. She was very friendly and showed us all the features on how they worked like a detailed walkthrough of every button on the car. Overall the location was very nice and the finance person was very friendly and helped us get through the process very quickly. The only bad thing being a customer is that the shortage of cars is making you pay more and have to get packages that i would normally not get and are expensive. But overall, it was great experience and the Sales Rep Sarah was very nice and stayed later at night to hand off the car.

I just bought a 2019(but looks brand new!) Acura ILX and I absolutely love it. I called the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Sarah was able to get me into something that I wanted (plus more!) at a price that worked for me. She even stayed late to show me the car and contacted me on her day off! Chris was also great! He helped me work out an affordable price, explained everything very clearly, and gave me a lot of great pointers going forward! We purchased a new Acura MDX in Oct of 2022 amidst the shortage of new vehicles. We worked with the general sales manager, Rob Hernandez to place an order for a new vehicle after expressing our disappointment with prior custom service from a sales rep. He apologized for our experience, connected with us on a personal level and promised to get us into a new vehicle. Rob kept that promise and we really appreciated his support. Once the order was placed the process went smoothly. Rob stayed in contact with us regarding the timing of our new vehicle.

Searching for a car after my accident has been a nightmare. Most dealerships at this time basically tell you that you will be paying way over the msrp for any car. They don’t seem to want to go over any other aspects because they do t seem to care with the exception of Piazza Acura of Ardmore. I spoke to a Emily. She was professional, patient, and informative. She gave me information to make comparisons at different dealerships. I was happy to learn that not all dealerships will treat you like a dollar sign after talking with Emily.
