The lady working the counter in there has a nasty disposition when helping customer's. I imagine she would rather be on her cell phone than answer questions. The guys in there are nice so I feel bad for them.

Good place. I get most of my parts here. There prices are relatively good, but fluids, mainly oil can be a bit more here than another big store to the south. I've had bad luck with their starters for Toyota trucks here for some reason. Good staff, always helpful and eager to help.

I never go wrong with this place. They are the same size as all the competitors but you can almost guarantee they have what you need when the others fall short.

I dread going to auto stores since I’m a young female that knows the bare minimum about cars but the people here are SO great and kind and helpful and just not at all like other auto store employees I’ve interacted with. The checked my battery and oil for free and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. I appreciated them so much and will definitely be back :)

Such a great store & exemplary customer service — Especially Graham; give him a raise/promotion! Graham was so patient with a stubborn burned bulb I had and spent lots of time (out in the freezing cold, might I add) to make sure that I got what was needed taken care of. I’ll definitely be utilizing this store. 5/5 stars on customer service, for sure.

We went to 2 other auto part stores n they gave us the right part but the there measurements were off. We went to advanced auto parts n all there stuff was the right measurements and they had everything we needed, plus there employees were respectful everytime we go there.

The guy who helped me super nice not condescending because I'm a woman which I did get at another auto parts store here in town. I came in to buy a battery and when he looked I just needed a new cables.

Worst parts store ever. Horrible manager threw me out over a price match. I turned in complaint to corporate who followed up with me. I got an apology but I told them I would never go back there.
