Tony and Gustavo were very helpful when replacing my battery. They are very friendly and helpful-testing my battery and replacing it with a new one (after I purchased it) for no additional charge. They were absolutely great! Highly recommend!

Poor inventory, bare shelves. I did get a "work around" solution from what they had,, but not the simple crimp-on connectors I was looking for. Also considered simply going to some other store (such as Walmart), which I later saw had the same thing I purchased for $1 less (not bad for a $3 item).

Always good service from all the crew willing to help figure/solve your needs for your automobile. Ask for Gilbert he's always good at getting the right parts or tools you may need for a repair.

I do not recommend this store nor will I ever shop here again. Me and my husband were more than a hour away from are home when I trailer broke down on the side of the road. We informed the employees of this as we purchased some lug nuts. We realized we needed something else and returned just 3 min past closing time and the guy who knew we were stuck on the side of the road would not let him in. Some great service guys. What happened to helping people in need?? They wernt even in a hurry to get out of there as we returned 30 min later to go to a different store and they were standing outside talking smoking cigarettes. It's a good thing we thought of a way to redneck the trailer up to get home. And Tractor Supply was there to help!:)
