Would not warranty a battery because I lost my receipt. Battery shows its under warranty... found a better location and had no issues.

Saturday 9/19/20 I was having some major issues with my car on my way to Blue Ridge. My home town was 3 hrs away and it was just me and one of my girlfriends traveling alone. Not knowing what was going on with my car as it was shaking and seeing my transmission light turn on we drove to the nearest place we thought could help us. We drove to you guys hoping we could get a code reading or I see if someone would be nice enough to help check our transmission fluid, but we were turned away by a very rude woman. I understand COVID-19 has made it hard to do things but I didn’t know where else to turn and we were begging for help. Apparently employees at this store aren’t allowed to even vehicles with a mask or gloves on. I asked if they could do that and they said no. Being alone and not familiar with anything was very stressful and angered me so much that no one would help. We made the choice to see if my car would Make it down the road to AutoZone since they nicely told us on the phone that they would help us. We barely made it on to the main road when my car stalled and caused us to be stranded in the middle of the busy road! Luckily there was a cop behind us who helped have my car towed. What an awful company to allow their employees to turn away customers like that who were in desperate need.

Needed assistance to find out why our truck battery light was suddenly showing up and a very knowledgeable customer service agent named Zane helped my husband and I with no problems at all!He was so kind and friendly and that was something we definitely needed after finding out our alternator was about to give out during our vacation. Thank you so much Zane for your patience, help, and kindness! We appreciate great customer service like yours!

I like to use Advanced for most things related to my car that I'm able to do myself. Their prices tend to be competitive and a bit lower than most other auto part store. They are always willing to help when needed.

Stopped by to get new wipers as it was pouring. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He also answered several questions I had. Didn't even ask if I wanted him to put the wipers on he just went out in the rain and did it. I'll go back to this store.
