I when in buy some cosmetic stuff for my truck I just bought when I came back out side my truck would not go into gear and it was because the transfer case was in neutral because the the four wheel drive linkage fell out. It would not go into gear at all. advance didn’t have the whole linkage, but Tammy helped me find some something to fix my issue. She is one of the best employees they have. She is very nice and helping. Just a special thank you to her for her help and her hard work!.

Jackson and Johnathan were very knowledgeable and helpful about the parts and car repairs that I should consider in addition to why I was initially there. Definitely felt more like genuine concern & value-added service, thought they still did an update on me. Keep up the good work.

Best experience we have had with Advance Auto Parts!! We were traveling back to Florida and broke down... our alternator died. John went out of his way to help us, which was very appreciated. Thank you John for your help in getting us back on the road home!!

I'm a former employee of this company,a week prior to this incident me and my former store manager got into a disagreement because she asked me to do something unethical (giving someone's personal information out of my current employer's computer system),I went into the store this past Friday to purchase brake parts cleaner (never said anything to her) yet she asked me to leave,I called in a customer complaint,the district manager was out of town and told me he would contact me when he got back,I've yet to hear from him,even working there I heard about complaints and more times I than I can think,they went unanswered,if you make a complaint it's not going to get answered or it will be a slap on the wrist,the person named above is very unprofessional part of the reason I left the company is because of how she was allowed to treat the customers and her employees

It was terrible the only have one person in the store working and she was on the phone while she had a whole lot of people waiting in line when she could have just told that person on the phone call back I would never go there again

I am 120 miles away from home. I needed parts and tools. So that I can make it home. Jonathan helped me out and the counter person got me the right parts. This was 5 star service. Commend these guys when you get a chance

We had to wait while many customers came and went. There was a battery charging problem , but even after it was figured out, customers came and went ahead of us. I wonder if someone didn't like our looks. It upset me and I expressed myself. We bought a battery and we were not thrown out.

Nice ly stocked on all the shelves and better prices than other big box parts stores I've been in lately
