The new crew working there come off very rude and crude and seem to have a attitude every time I walk into the store advance use to be my go to but now I find myself getting parts from other places because I don’t want to deal with the employees there

I had called up to see if they would let me borrow a code reader the woman answer's and tells me they cannot do it off the property which I understand. I said ok and then she just hangs up no am sorry or sorry your going through that nothing just hangs up, she sounded very crude and not very nice. This is not a big deal but I don't like places that cannot give a customer just as nice of service as if you were standing right in front of them.

My check engine light was on and the employee James M was friendly while helping me . He used a code reader to scan my truck computer . He then told me the exact O2 sensor that needed replaced . I highly recommend them for parts and accessories .
