    My opinion is that I will not go here. In educated techs that only know what the computer tells them. If you do not have experience in car parts and mechanical then chances are you prob shouldn’t get a job in this industry but that’s what you get when you go to this location I’m sure all locations are diff but I will drive to advance before I go here . Either way they will likely have what you need and all part stores are diff and have diff part suppliers

    Looking for a caliper mounting bolt and pretty much the guy on the register tried his best to help but then said the manager would be able to help me more. Well that guy the manager seemed that he did not really want to help me. Didn't even want to try to see if we could find another bolt that would work he was just like I don't know what to tell you.

    The professionalism of mrs bell is horrible. And the way she talks to customers is outrageous. I will not be going back again!!!

    Nice retail store. Has a lot of options. Not a big vehicle guy myself but from what I have needed they had some form of. Only real gripe with auto part stores in town is do we really need upwards of 10 auto part stores. I don't really see how thats even viable financially.

    Just about everytime I come here I get the wrong part and have to return it, its always only 1 person in the front to help customers and everyone else is hiding in the back. Take my advice and go to a different store unless you just enjoy taking trips back and forth and wasting time, gas, and money.

    They have great customer service, friendly staff, and clean store. Their auto parts are reasonably priced and don't break down as fast as others in their price range (my experience)

    Don't expect too much, they are parts salesmen and not mechanics. They may or may not know what is wrong or what part you need. Would recommend that you do your research ahead of time to make sure you get the right part if you are a do it yourself type and think you might know what you need, and also check your receipt! I have been charged twice for the same part before. And also, be prepared to possibly have to replace the same part again, they are cheap for a reason.
