    Had to have my battery replaced. Don went above and beyond to assist me. Needed to purchase other items also and Shelly assisted me. Both were awesome. While shopping and standing in line, I witnessed the same friendly customer service demonstrated to several customers.

    Slow service due to not being able to find the battery that the computer said was there. Then getting a battery that would not fit in car area. Finally found a battery that fit. Dropping nut and having to find a new one. Forgetting to put the heat shield back on the battery until he was told about it. It was Sunday morning and that may have been part of the issue.

    Had to have my battery replaced. Luckily they had one in stocks for my car. She was efficient and knowledgeable. Very professional and I was out if there.in a jiffy!

    Great friendly staff. My husband called and they had the part. Since I was out and about he had me stop by to pick up. I didn't write down the part name and I forgot what it was called. I went in and said that my husband had called about a part on the car and the clerk knew just exactly what i was talking about. Was in and out in no time. I highly recommend visiting this location.

    We were camping in the area and had a battery connector break in the vehicle we were in....the one we pull our camper with. My husband does business with Advanced in other areas all the time and has had excellent service and the best of experiences but not at this location. He was told where they were in the store and they were all the same. No they are not. We left.
