They're just people that work there.They did what they could to help me out, but definitely do your research on what parts you might need and they can help you get that, but you're ultimately in charge of your purchase and what you need there!Was here many many times and on the 5th visit they told me welcome back so they remembered my face

I have been to this store several times and they are always helpful. This evening I arrived at about 7:45, not realizing the Google hours were incorrect. They stayed a few minutes late to install my front and rear windshield wipers. I am thankful they were there to help!

My 1st visit a young lady with glasses and a bob haircut went above and beyond by applying her discount so I didn't go next door where my parts were cheaper. 5 🌟 for her. My second visit the man was so rude he never acknowledged me even when the man in front of me who was waiting on something else said I think this lady needs help. Felt like he look through me never said a word and started on his keyboard I ran damn near to o'reilly's

As soon as I walked into this particular Advance Auto I received SUPERIOR service from David and Mark!!! These two gentlemen were professional and treated me like I mattered. I have been having battery issues for the past 3 days. After getting the run around from 2 other Advance Auto Parts (long story) this one by far is the one to go to for your vehicle needs! I was in and out within 15 mins and my problem was solved!!! Thank you both for your kindness and help in my moment of stress!!! You guys are the best!!!

They have awful customer service. I called the Campbell Ave. location and told me that Old Forest location was the only one with the part. So, I go to the old forest location and they lied and said Campbell had the part. Wasting, my time I go to Campbell and ask them if they had the part and they said that Old Forest location lied and did not do their jobs. Oh!!! By that time they were closed... Because they close at 8p.m. and not 9p.m. like their website says. Very very displeased and this is not the first time from this location, but it will be the last!!

The guys here are really great. I was in a bind and limped my car here to fix my wheel. I needed 6 new lugs for it. The manager sent his truck to one of their other stores to get me what they didn't have on hand. Got it all fixed an on my way thanks to the great staff here. Super helpful.

Stephanie was a huge help today as my battery, still within warranty, had gone bad; she, being the only one in the store at noon, came out in the heat of the day and completed a thorough battery and alternator check. She then replaced my old battery with the new at no cost to me. She also added some battery protecting accessories.I've always had a pleasant experience at Advance on Old Forest Road...today was no exception. I appreciated the bright smile and willingness to help I received from Stephanie...She really turned my day around.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the help I received from Joseph Banhellsing today! He helped me with an alternator for my tractor. I am sure his bosses have no idea what a great employee he is. His expertise is wonderful for your customers. Bob Hurt

Their website says they're open until 9, so I drove all the way out there to pick up a charging battery. Get there at 8:15 as two people are walking out locking the door. They said I was wrong and they "have always closed at 8", and would not go back in to get my battery for me. Very unprofessional and technically false advertising since their website hours are wrong.

My car was making a weird noise and leaking some fluid. I took my car here to see if they could help identify if I can keep driving the car or if the problem had to be fixed immediately. I can't remember his name (he said he was one of the managers) but a man came outside in the heat, got on the ground, and helped identify what the issue was and where the sound was coming from. Extremely friendly and helpful. He even threw in a few jokes. I was having such a bad day but having a good experience here (when I thought it was going to be another pain) really turned my day around. Keep up the great work and give that guy a raise!!!!!
