    The quality of service and knowledge has gone down with the new female manager. I think her name is Michelle. When the old guy was there, Ernie, he knew his stuff and was always helpful. I don't trust the people that are there now, the store does not feel welcoming. The employees are no longer clean cut or welcoming. I used to walk in the store and be greeted. Now, nothing, they just look at me and say nothing. I will shop elsewhere now for my auto parts.

    I went to buy parts, but the person at the counter was unable to determine which part in her computer screen was the one I needed. I didn't have enough confidence to guess myself. Maybe this employee was new, but she didn't offer to ask another associate either.
