Recently I bought a part there and the girl working should have done some suggestive selling. I needed it. I had to go to the store in Piqua after I took the car to be fixed. It was a pain. The guy in Piqua was very helpful and said the staff in Sidney should have sold me the other 2 items that were needed to complete the job. (I bought a thermostat and needed a thermostat gasket and antifreeze.) I wish I would have went to Piqua first. I will drive the extra 15 minutes for knowledgeable staff.

We were on a family road trip, passing through Ohio on our way to Tennessee. We blew out an axel bearing and all 13 of us headed to the first auto store we could find. We had 4 kids under 5 and it was the middle of the day. We were all a bit cranky and hot and sleepy. The team at Advance Auto was nothing but helpful - we wish we could remember names! Brandon is the only one we can! Any way, they set up a canopy so my hubby didn't have to work in the blazing sun, gave us shop towels, helped find parts at other shops, etc. We are so thankful for the incredible service & are happy to report we made it to our destination safely! THANK YOU.

My front passenger axle went out on the highway I made to Advance Auto they went out of their way to help me I any way possible first of all the new axle wasn't in stock was told it would be there by 11:37am it was delivered with a minute to spare although I didn't have many tools I usually carry they were gracious enough to loan me tools that I needed wasn't able to finish the job so ask them if it was alright to leave overnight was no problem so tomorrow I'll put the new axle in and be on my way they really went above and beyond and I thank them very much
