I was traveling from NY and stayed the Night in Statesboro. I woke up to a dead battery,once I got it jumped I headed to Advance Auto right down the street.Upon Arrival I met a nice young man named Scott who said he was the GM,if I remember correctly. He seemed a bit understaffed, but on top of helping customers and answering the phone he still took the time to come outside and test my battery, give me a good recommendation on what type of battery I should buy,, And he didn't even suggest the most expensive one like most parts places would do..Anyways, He changed my battery for me and sent me on my way. It was the best customer service I've had in a long time and I really felt like he treated me like family... I wish all part store experiences were this good I definitely willrecommend your store 10☆

Just showed up to get a charge on my battery, having little knowledge about how to remove a battery, the front desk guy simply says remove it and we can charge it. I told him i don't know how to remove it and he again replies, just remove it and stares at me. The representative clearly communicated to me that advance auto parts does not care about helping potential and future customers. From now on i plan on using any other automotive store for help. I also plan on sharing my review to any other potential customers. My customer service experience was a tremendous letdown.

They were slammed, but very apologetic. Things took a little while because of how busy they were, but Travis did an excellent job. He handled my need professionally and was very agreeable.

When purchasing a battery, you will be charged an installation fee. Ask for that charge to be credited towards the cost of the battery.

Great place with friendly people. I thought my battery was dead. They checked it out, and explained why I thought it was dead. I still had to get some breaks. Long story short, they saved me from having to buy a new battery instead of taking advantage of someone who doesn't know much about cars.
