Just moved into this area. Have been in the store on one emergency situation and 2 regular maintenance issues. Same friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people every time.

Great customer service and very helpful!

Stopped here to buy wiper blades. Was helped by a guy named Shane. After I installed the wipers, I noticed my battery was very weak and the engine wouldn’t turn over. I had charged it the day before but it didn’t hold a charge for long. Shane installed a new battery in my vehicle while it was raining. He was helpful and courteous. He probably deserves a raise.

They are hometown friendly and helpful. Always have what we need.

Bad customer service it's not good business when a customer calls the store you pick the phone up instantly hang up customer calls back and the phone continuously rings to no answer

They pretty much have all the essentials my husband and I need for general maintenance on his Nissan truck and my Toyota car. Employees are willing to help get you what you need.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Theresa Simpkins is a wonderful help.

I have bought 2 axles to go in my Jeep Grand Cherokee this year the last 1I made it a 100 miles up the road and the actual started popping now I'm stuck in West Virginia with a bill from a shop because I can't change it in a hotel parking lot I work on the road for a living and advanced auto parks has not got back with me yet evidently they do not care about their customers or their parts do not buy axles from advanced auto parts.

Any other parts store, except they're beside a Piggly Wiggly and in a small town and some of the guys still have that "service" mentality that helps keep customers coming back.
