    Went to check charging system and battery counter person only checked voltage of battery did not load test battery told me starter was dragging and needed starter went to a nother shop they told me it was a bad battery cost me 125 for battery advance told me it was 250 for starter and it would not fixed the problem be wear for poor diagnostic skill of counter people

    The staff acted sketchy and made me feel like I was going to rip them off. All because I was taking too long to decide on an item. 3 different staff members spoke to me in 5 minutes. He'll the store is only 25x25......... really

    The service started out way great and I had my two-year-old son he pulled some gloves down and I didn't know where to put him back I apologized and the gentleman he made a snide comment as he walked away. I even offered to put them back if he'd show me where to put them. Call corporate complaint office very great to deal with got back to me right away to deal with the problem. I give them a 5 star. But not the gentleman that waited on me for customer service.

    No stars from me. I clearly defined when I called, looking for synthetic diesel oil and was told $25.00 a gal. When driving there, found out that the oil, they were supposed to have, they didn't have, and the only oil comparable was twice the price. No apology or even a sorry. Just take it or leave it... I took the later. Last time I'll spend money there. Not the first time I've had problems at this store, but will be the last. They need to add to the name...Advance lyers!

    On our vacation weekend, it starts raining and the windshield wiper flew off and we couldn't find a carparts store that was still open. Luckily Advanced was, We pulled in diagonally at the door. Tried just replacing, but the actual wiper mechanism was messed up. Howard was very helpful, he helped my man fix the problem. And now we can see out the windshield and have a safe trip home.Thank You Howard!

    I had a headlight go out on my very recently purchased 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab Laramie with the Cummins. I told this information to Jeb and he told me I need an H11 for low beam and a 9005 for high beam. He even wrote it down on a sticky note. He sold me on the top of the line $75 pair. I went home and went to put them in and guess what? Not the right bulb. My truck has a 9012 low beam and 9005 high beam. I went back the next day to exchange for the right lights and Andy tells me he can’t accept the H11 because he said he can’t sell a pair of light bulbs that have been opened. It’s not like I destroyed the package. I even taped the cover back on. He said I’m going to have to eat the cost but he’d be happy to sell me the right bulbs. Needless to say I left angry. Over the weekend I did some research, and found that Dodge offer 2 types of head lights for my year of truck. Turns out I have the projector type. This is something Jeb the “parts pro” should have asked me in the first place instead of focusing on selling the high end bulbs. I went back today 4/29/2019 and asked to speak to the manager. Guess who comes out! Mr Andy himself. Instead of letting me explain how Jeb didn’t ask me the proper questions to sell me the right light he cuts me off saying he sorry but he can’t take my bulbs back. I told him he’s lost my business and everyone I knows business and his response was something along the lines of if one bad experience in his store is going to make me take my business else where then he didn’t want my business anyways. Don’t shop here. Parts are cheaper at O’Reilly Auto Parts anyways.

    Awesome....came over from Portland, wipers came apart... clerk suggested a reasonable priced wiper and fair price...to my surprise, he then took them out and had them on my truck in 3 min....didn't ask for this, but that's what I call customer service!
