POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Very awful company. The trash truck accidentally dumped our trash can over into the truck. We called and they were supposed to jave a can expedited to us by Saturday. Saturday came and went. Called them on Monday they said we would have it by the end of the day. It never showed up. Called them back then they want to get technical and say well cans are delivered in 5 to 7 business days but you all said you would expedite this because your trash truck was the cause. We still do not have a can. Not one time did they apologize for what happened!!! BIG COMPANIES DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!! So please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!!Services: Electronic waste removal & disposal, House & garage cleanouts

I have been trying to reach them for the past few weeks to get a second bin because we always have too much trash for one bin, and the pickup guys always leave any trash that is left beside the trash can. They only pick up what's inside the bin. Every time I call, I'm on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up because no one answers. I even filled out the form online to schedule a bulk pickup and to order a second trash can and haven't heard back.Service: Yard debris removal

They quit sending my bill in the mail. I cannot get into site to pay my bill. This is the second time I have called and to stay on the phone for long periods. I am currently on 46 mins.

I have a commercial dumpster three week no pick up called and said they will pick up in 48 hours, they still have yet to pick up but want to send me a monthly bill plus an extra pick up fee. The workers will ride past the house and trash can. Then after doing a quick stop they pull your trash can to their truck and leave it there down the street instead of where you placed it. Each week my trash can is closer to my neighbors house than mine. Also if you have trash that won’t fit in the trash can, they won’t take it. You have to wait until the following week

Worst business around. Rarely pick up the dumpster. Then when I call about getting it picked up, they say they can’t help and even get mad with me. Won’t get another dime from me

I ordered a big roll off. They sent me a small one. I paid $500 deposit. The agreement was $165 for delivery and pick up. $5 a day rental $45 a ton. I had the roll off 19 days a called to have it picked up. They picked it up a week later on a Saturday late afternoon. I received a bill by mail 3.5 tons = $157.50 24 days = $120 $165 for pick up and deliver= a total of $442.50 then I was hit with a fuel surcharge of $27 now the total is $496.50 . At the balance of the bill it states I woe a remainder of $100.30 it doesn't explain were or why this came to be. So I called and asked! The lady I spoke with just kept saying you woe a bill of $100.30 I asked about the pick up. She said it was Thanksgiving holiday week. That the company posted in the paper and web site to have your roll off picked up before the holidays but still would not explain how or why I owed them $100.30

They very rarely pick up my weekly trash. If they do show up, it's usually four days past pick up and they usually just drive by it. If you call about them coming back to pick it up, the customer service NEVER call you back.

This is the second time this company has told me my automatic payment will be processed a month later than they are drafting it out of my account. For example; I received an email stating my automatic payment will be taken out on 02/06/19 but it was drafted 01/06/19. Both times they have not seemed to care about my inconvenience nor do they try to figure out why this is happening to me. Other than their automatic draft i have had no issues with this company.
