Thanks to Robert and his partner from Affordable for rescuing my family and our camper when our truck broke down along Interstate 44. They were there with a heavy wrecker within 30 minutes of my call. Affordable dropped our camper at a lot so we had somewhere to stay then dropped my truck at the Ford dealer. Everyone was professional and accommodating during this difficult scenario. Based on my experience I would recommend and use Affordable again!

Car broke down 40 miles east of Springfield MO, Geico contracted Affordable Towing to come out and tow the vehicle. The driver, Jerry reached out to me when the location Geico had given him was 15 miles from my location. He apologized for the inconvenience and was there within 20 minutes (total wait time under 1 hr). He waited with my fiancé and me until our ride arrived 20 minutes later and he did not complain one bit. They were very helpful and Jerry even said “I could take it to a Hyundai dealer in Springfield if you want, although there may be an upcharge beyond your Geico coverage”…best $27 upgrade I’ve ever purchased. Jerry also texted me when he dropped off the car at the dealership to let me know it made it safely. Thank you Jerry, and the Affordable Towing team!

I called at 9:30 on a Saturday night for a tire change on a camper. We were on 13 highway and cars were not getting over. We were tired and frustrated. Affordable Towing provided wonderful service! We had to have a tow. Our driver Jerry was excellent, he went above and beyond for us in the middle of a storm. No complaints about the weather or the location he had to travel to in order to find us. Would recommend this tow company to all. Very professional and reliable. We had a driver back into our car and leave the scene. Front end is smashed up. He did get a ticket for leaving the scene, however he does deny hitting the car. We will be taking to small claims court to get our car fixed. Driver was rude and confrontational. Unethical. Worst of all they have Jesus saves on the truck doors. We would not recommend this company. What ever happened to honest and ethical companies??I have called and reached out and no reply. Dennis Cleveland is the driver who backed into our car. Your lack of response says it all.

We were stalled out hours from home. Through Triple AAA we got connected with this tow service. In a frustrating situation , Jerry showed up and made a bad situation into a much better experience. Professional, courteous and funny, he took great care of us. Nobody wants to be broken down, but I am sure glad he was there to help. This company communicated clearly when they would be there, and put us at ease. Thank you so much Jerry. No offense , I hope I never have to see you again(I hope I’m never in need of a tow), but for anyone that’s needs help they will sure be glad to see you coming.
