I love the team at AIM. Simply said, they are super friendly, knowledgeable and fair. For example I challenged the weight one time of my vehicle after dumping aluminum because the weight didn't make sense. The women running the scale politely listened and responded positively to my reasoning and I was fairly compensated for the scrap. I use them and only them. Additionally, all the employees seem like they're always happy and they're all very polite.

Guys in precious metal garage are extremely rude. This one guy that seemed to be in charge of scale talked down to not only me and my helper but the people in front of us as well. He treated us like we have absolutely no clue what materials we brought in. I'm a contractor tht has been recycling for 19 years. The women on the scale was very friendly ND seemed happy to be there. Prices are fair. Place is no kept clean. If it wasn't for the guy in precious metals garage I would have giving a 5 star. . That's how horrible this man was to work with.

I have always been treated like a professional,when doing business here . I'm a full time recycler and own my own business for 22yrs ,aim and crew been verry good to me,better than any other recycling facilitiy I've been to for the last 2 yrs,and I'll keep on doing business here
