Ordered radiator through there Ebay service, it arrived damaged hanging out of box. Called talked to sales Rep. Jared, told me could not refund me, had to deal with Evay for return. So I had to purchase another radiator through Ag parts this time, plus they would not pay for over night shipping either. So had to wait 4 days to get. Well that one showed up damaged to, very poorly packaged. Called and talked to different Rep. He sent me a return tag, then He told me could not guarantee that the next radiator would not be damaged either, and actually asked me if there was another company closer to me, that I could purchase one from. You sell parts and ship them, that's what your company does!!!!! What a joke, then trying to get refunded seems to be another problem. I sent both radiators back and a week later I get a email from billing saying that they want to know why I sent 2 radiators back and did I have a invoice # for it. Who's running this place?? You sold it to me, and your sales Rep. Sent me a return tag. I hope you read this and think twice before buying here!

All States offers repair and restoration parts for tractors that can be difficult (sometimes impossible) to find elsewhere. I have yet to stump them with a request. They get it right or will make it right.

Had the parts I needed but wouldn't separate from the tractor.

Good place to get used or new farm equipment parts from machinery to tractors. They have a huge inventory. At times you may have a bit of a wait.

Husband NOT happy. Called for parts for combine. Was told they would be here Saturday. Took combine apart knowing parts would be here. Saturday comes no parts. Call again. Yup they were shipped will be here Tuesday, Wednesday the latest. Wednesday comes still no parts. Called AGAIN. Oh sorry those parts are on back order. Wont be on for another 10 days. OMG your fricken kidding me? No email or notice that they were on back order. Needed parts asap and sat and waited. If known would have ordered from another company or would have never taken combine apart. NOT HAPPY!!! Will never order from this company again. Good luck!!!
