Fantastic customer service! My man found one for me in a jiffy and I got a quote all within like 2/3 minutes. Very engaging, detailed and prompt reply to my request! I’ve always exclaimed in conversations with others how fabulous the whole crew at American || auto parts and salvage and recycling. I’ve been able find everything that I’ve ever searched for at American! For kindness, reliability and reasonable prices my bet is on American. Peace!

They are always friendly everytime I go there. They always give me a good price for my aluminum cans. I've never had any problems. Today the guy even unloaded my cans for me because he saw me using a cane. Even after I told him I could do it, he still insisted on do it for me.

If you are looking for a hard to find auto part, this is the place to check. I spent over a month searching every junk yard in the state of Maryland, checking every auto supply store, and checking all of the online auto supply stores with no luck. I finally stumbled on their listing after searching hard to find auto parts and have them a call. They did not have the part I needed however they said they would check with their supplier. Five minutes later, they called me back to say they could get it. The price wasn’t bad either, what I would have paid ordering from one of the online stores (if they had it). Frank was very nice and really helpful. I have paid for my part and hopefully it will arrive in a few days!!

Outstanding service large selection of parts quick order to pick up I just miss going in like a scavenger hunt and finding and pulling my own parts in just old school that way but insurance reasons not allowed to other then that awsome my first place I call now for parts
