Never actually went. Was looking for parts on a Saturday that they didn't have but took the time to plug in the info in his computer and tell me where I could get them. Great phone customer service

Bought a transmission and cv axel from glen. Very professional, very nice. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and the parts got to the mechanics shop in a timely manner. Will be recommending him to other if they needs parts in the future.

This guy is a low life that owes me 1,200. I have been nothing but nice and understanding with him. But he is hold my money that I need to fix my truck. So I called the b.b.b the better business bureau. They told me to not trust him and they had multiple complaints about him. Then the informed me that I was going to have to take him to court. I wouldn’t trust this guy with a penny let alone parts to fix your vehicle

Started a payment plan on an engine. The owner was very nice, but he never sent the engine once it was paid off I got the run around about where it was and that it was on a carrier on the way to me and I never received it after paying for it four months ago. I asked the owner where it was he seemed concerned at first, but never contacted me to let me know where it was then all of a sudden they were shut down and I couldn’t get the engine that was supposedly already on the way to me. After that I asked for a refund since I never got the part I paid for and the owner knows I did not get the part. I have been waiting for the refund since January after he told me I would get it in 3-5 days, then I did not get my refund. It’s been over a month still no refund. Now the owner is ignoring all my calls and emails for my refund of 1300$. I will never buy from here again. Just a scammer. I literally have incurred more expenses because I did not receive my part. If you are looking for parts go somewhere else please. Really thought I was working with someone legit and being scammed during Covid after just having a three babies and using my last to get my car fixed so I could go see my children in the hospital is a real downer, like what kind of person does things like this. That’s low real low and the owner knew all this and he still hasn’t sent me my refund or engine even after multiple calls and emails about it in which have been ignored. I warned you especially if you aren’t from that state don’t purchase here.

I ordered and prepaid $485 for a differential he said he could have in one week. Kept giving me the run a round and making promises. Almost a year later I had to hide until he came to work and I walked in on him. He pro.ised me a refund and gave me a $100 bill. I continued to call trying to get the other $385 but never could reach him. I decided he needed the money more than me. He has to answer for his wrong doings, and he will. No sense in me getting angry and upset at him. I hope he is treating people better than he did me.

They sold me a bad motor a couple of month ago.. Never made a effort to do nothing about it. Told me all kind of lies about making it right and never did. Currently filing a claim in court trying to get my money back.. Don't buy from this guy he a crook.

My uncle gave him $828 to bring him a transmission three weeks ago and still no delivery. He gave him a receipt but now Gle MIA. This is ridiculous and he needs to refund his money.
