Literally a life saver. My wife and I were left stranded on the side of the express way in the hot desert when our rental car broke down. The rental car company couldn't provide us with a replacement car nor ANY transportation whatsoever and Mike from ATS went above and behind to not only let us ride with him to the tow yard but actually gave us a ride an hour back to our AirBNB! He even stopped at the gas station and bought us a soda. Never in my life have I received better customer service from any company and without Mike and Arizona Recovery & Towing we don't know what we would have done.Service: Car towing

We were on are way for much needed vacation, my husband wanted to take 1993 old Ford explorer.. broke down, tried insurance they wanted physical address or latitude longitude??? Of course that wasn't possible. Called ART was right there professional prompt by the time we came home to get other vehicle, tow truck was there so as old red (explorer) was going home we were able to get back on the road. I just want to thank Casey the driver for helping me out very quickly when I had locked my keys in the car at a gas station. "There were no drivers available and I had to wait", is what the friendly dispatcher lamented. But, sure enough, Casey came quicker than expected!!I was shocked. My jeep died on the side of the 17N bound on the onramp to the freeway. I called and the woman quoted me $152 and said they would be here within an hour. She never got my name or number. I called back after an hour and a half and she stated she was sorry but forgot to dispatch the driver. Waited another 20 minutes and the driver calls and is very argumentative towards me when I'm describing the location of where I am. Overall aweful service and to be honest I feel compensation is owed. The tow was under my partners name Shane Colvin.Service: Car towing

My service call was not a typical tow since we have a shuttle bus towing a travel trailer.
