I have had the best service from Augusta Disposal!! They are always on time and never have missed a pick up! I also had spaced paying my bill for 6 months and they still picked me up. when I called to take care of my account, Theresa, the account manager helped me! She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with!! I couldn’t recommend a better company! I have read several negative comments about there customer service and I can say first hand that those are far from the truth! She worked with me and made sure I was taken care of!!

Never will I ever use this company again. Looking at all of the terrible reviews matching perfectly to my dealings with them. They pick on homeowners and play games like children. The female employee who normally handles the phone lines is ridiculously rude and very unprofessional. Update: the message below is the review I posted yesterday. I think I made it clear I was trying to get service… They have responded with a cookie cutter message that they have responded to every negative review with… That proves they do not care about customer service enough to actually read what’s posted. They are trying to make it seem like the review is not valid and they did nothing wrong. I find this to be very unethical, bad business. My review of my experience with them is below.The Lady I spoke with was incredibly rude. She said she is the collections manager and seemed very comfortable speaking with an attitude as if she has been there for years. I asked to pay a very small balance I owed from almost 5 years ago at least 3 times and every time she gave me attitude and decided she wanted to get the last word instead of just taking my payment. When I saw she was more concerned with “telling me off” I asked if I could speak with a manager or make a payment with someone else and she said there is no one else I could make a payment with which sounds insane that only one person in the entire company can take payment.I was even willing to give them another shot. I called back and stated that I was not happy with the lady I spoke with and wanted to make a complaint, and pay my balance with someone else. The lady then rudely said that she is the only person I could make a payment with and it sounded an awfully familiar. I’m pretty sure it was the same lady and she refused to let me speak to anyone else besides her. I hope management sees this and decides to give me a number to reach out to them so they can correct this. I will update after a week.

I am surprised to see the negative reviews. We have been with AD on and off for years. These last 4 years they have always came on our 2 pickup days. If we had a question the office staff always responded and were kind.Happy to be with Augusta Disposal. Also, please keep in mind they are probably slightly overwhelmed due to everyone leaving Meridian.

Hands down the best trash collection company in the area. As a company that cleans trash bins for a living we rely on Augusta Disposal to pick up the trash for their customers on the day assigned so they can be ready for us to clean them the next day. We have several hundred Augusta Disposal customer, and they never miss a day! Augusta Disposal is the ONLY trash collection service in the area we recommend!

The term Service don’t even exist in your company, the lady I spoke with kept promising to provide a disposal can soon. She said it will delivered in November but got delayed to December and now it’s not even came yet, I am extremely outraged with a company like this. Not only that, the lady also laughed when I complained to her. Besides, You guys forget to pick up our trash 3-4 times but make us pay the fee and not even refund. However, when we pay late or forget, you guys don’t pick up the trash. I already spoke with the customer service and I will discard my contract with this trash company. No wonder you got such a low rating, learned your work ethics before even starting the business. Shame on you, your company should get sued by a customer soon. We have used their twice weekly garbage service for 5 years, and they never missed a pickup. Great service. Highly recommend!

I’ve had them for over ten years at multiple addresses. Always responsive with any issues, even when I missed getting the trash out on time. Always picked up everything with a tag on it, even when clearing leaves from my acre lot. Most negative reviews sound like people who don’t pay attention to the rules. Tags are cheap and easy to get for extra waste and the trash is supposed to be out very early in the morning. Best to put it out the night before. Augusta Disposal used to be so good about picking up the trash on garbage day. Then when they couldn't come for some reason, they would call. Over time it had gotten worst because they hardly ever come when they are supposed to and never call anymore. I think it's time to find another company. After months of bad pick-up, it's time.
