If you have an older vehicle dont bother calling they wont tint your windows. Waited a week and a half to set up an appointment since they were busy then asked what type of car I had and said they dont do older vehicles. Waited that long for them to tell me that. I always thought a window is a window and they all could be tinted but maybe Im wrong
