They told me they could check my credit online. I filled it out they called me and asked a few questions but never called back. The only answer was my credit was not good enough at the time. Now it is and will not be contacting them for a vehicle. I spent my time filling out the forms I deserved a call back even if the answer was no.

I was in the market to buy a car. Every time I went by Auto Care, they had the sharpest vehicles on their lot. One day I stopped in and Deon Mitchell showed me around the lot. He knew all the details on each of the cars and helped me pick out the Mini Cooper I now drive. The service by the staff, especially Deon, couldn't have been better!! When I'm ready to trade in my vehicle, Auto Care will be my first and undoubtedly my last stop for my new vehicle!! Thank you Deon and staff for making me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy from you...you're all the BEST!!Thanks again :)

This is the WORST dealership I have ever been to in my life, I don't even know how they can sell a car! I called Auto care with questions about a Camaro they have for sale. They told me the car was perfect nothing wrong with it but that it needed four "SLICKS", meaning tires for it. They also told me what they would give me for my trade in and that I should come and see the Camaro even though I was 2 hours away. Upon arrival I see their office/run down house which concerned me. I proceeded to get someone so I could go and see the Camaro. When I found someone to take me to see the car I get in it open the hood, look the whole car,over and find that not one gauge works in the car it has a check engine light on and I could go on and on but after I looked at it I assumed the car was worth 1000 dollars. Oh and ontop of all that the man who took me to look at it didn't know a damn thing about cars. I continue to play alone and wait for the boss to get back from lunch. I then meet the boss and say hey "there is a lot more than you described wrong with this car" he tells me he has someone coming out to look at it today and go hide in his office/house. I guess he could tell I was about to lose it. After, the man who showed me the car takes me inside this smelly hut and sits me down and says we will give you 9,000 dollars for my 14000 dollar car which I owe 10000. This is where I got up and said I was leaving. The man says hold on what if we give you ten! I was so insulted I got in alittle argument with them and they decide to start like they wantedto fight me because I told them they are the kind of people that give mom and pop dealers a BAD name. theres much more I could say about these ppl but its not worth my time just for you out there reading this NEVER go there it just some hillbillies trying to ripe off people!

Their ok bit high on monthly payment. An wont fix your vehicle. Give you vehilces that dont last but a few months

Dealership made me feel like I was in a nightmare .I bought a car put 4 grand down two days later motor making noise and told dealership they took my car to have it fix and had it six months and didn’t do anything because they didn’t want to come out of their pockets to fix it and didn’t send my warranty off for a month so they didn’t cover anything and kept telling me they was going to do the right thing and fix my car and that never happened.

No one is ever there, and they dont answer the phone.
