called a lot of places looking for a very specific part at the time is very hard to find. Called here and they where able to find this and get it to me very fast. I ordered from Maui because nobody else was able to get it to me this fast. Thanks to Gary this process was very easy, would recommend to anybody looking for auto parts even if you aren't on the big island

I had really bad service on two different occasions. My wait time to be helped was 30 minutes at the beginning of store hours when i was one of two customers there. The second occasion was when Richard assisted me, he kept answering his personal phone while i was explaining what i needed. He had also tended to his wife a few times who was waiting on the side of me as if I wasn’t there.
