Like many of you, I can never reach a person when calling; nor by email. Today I drove there only to find the gate closed with a sign posted that they’re closed for “relocation.” A nice fellow from Alto, Texas, pulled in behind me, got out, and shared my frustration with this company during a brief conversation. Later on, a local competitor stated that this company sold off their auto inventory and will be dealing in “computers” moving forward. Whether this is accurate, or not, I couldn’t say. I will be using the car-parts website to locate what I need moving forward. It would be nice with the hike in gas prices especially, if ownership could update their answering systems to let people know that they’re closed or that they don’t deal in auto parts any longer (if true).

Really wanted to give this place some money today but can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Had a good transaction with them last year. What a disappointment, get someone to answer the phones owners. You can’t run a business this way if you want to be successful!

Great Service! Called in about a part, customer service guy was quick to look into the specific part I was looking for and was able to get back to me and quote me a price in less than an hour. Payment went smooth and received a tracking # less than 2 hours later. Price of the item was fair too. Highly recommend this place, even if you are getting the part shipped to you like I did!

I called yesterday to sale my van to this place and was told they would pick up yesterday afternoon or today and still they have not showed up to pick up the van not very reliable people. The man on the phone was nice at least. So I call today at 1:08 pm and he guy told me that I was not the list for pick up and he did not know why I was taken off the pickup list. This is not a very good place to do business with just saying.
