My son purchased his car recently. Had an Autozone battery that was approximately one year old. The battery has failed and needs replacement. Their "company policy" is that they will not honor a warranty on their product once the vehicle has been sold. I called to ask if they could work with us on a better price or do anything helpful in this situation. I was told no. I answered that we will no longer be shopping there if this is the best they can do to stand behind their products. The guy hung up on me. Frustrating to buy a car with a new battery and have it fail with a company that should be willing to stand behind their products. Lousy product. Lousy service.

The two employees (one man & one woman) were so nice, so helpful they went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time for me. They will never know how much I appreciate them. I hope they both are forever blessed.

There is a guy who works there that likes giving out the wrong parts and then having to make another trip back up there to get right part thank god there is a couple guts who know what they are doing

Very very rude!!! Man with reddish hair in ponytail refused to answer questions about windshield wipers and he was very upset with having to do his job and put wipers on my vehicle. Could not have been more nasty.

I've shopped here for years exclusively. They get parts fast and relatively cheap. Today I was refused a return because it was over 90 days on the return. $130 starter that I finally got to chance to change out and they won't even give me store credit for a return. Never installed it was the WRONG ONE. Still no return. The correct start was $180. Even with the recipt and everything completely in tack perfect shape never installed.Check your parts right away because if they get it wrong they won't even give you store credit. Stuck with a 08 cobalt starter.Manager John was the one who refused the return. August 23rd ~4pm.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I don't usually go anywhere else in town. Right now the check engine light test is done by yourself because of COVID but they walk you through the easy process. They then helped me figure out what needed replaced and even gave me advice for a cleaner to try first that may fix the issue.

Came in to check if my battery was bad or my alternator, turned out to be my battery and they ordered a new one for me same day and put it in for me as well!! Extremely helpful and kind knowledgeable staff here. Michelle was awesome and put my new battery in for me! I highly recommend!!

Great staff!! They are very helpful and knowledgeable, they made sure I got the right water pump and brake light bulbs for my car. A manager named Ernita even changed my wipers in the rain! Thank you bunches!! THAT'S what I call awesome customer service!! I will be back for sure!!
