Im new in town and was looking for help with my car. Manager was so helpfull, performed a diagnosis on my car with a printout, and gave me a list of local mechanic shops. Its nice to know sowmone is willing to help when you need it.

Straight trash, instead of telling me what I needed or saying that you do not have a way of finding out then that should have been said. But for you to have me go underneath my hood and walk back in the store like you knew what you was doing was the stupidest thing ever. All you had to say was that I needed to check the manual because you had no way to find out what style I needed. Waste 5 minutes of my life and I had to use the restroom.

Great staff and extremely helpful. Go above and beyond to help me get all parts even if they don’t have them in stock.

Representative came out and checked my Grandma oil. He was professional and friendly. He looked around to make sure everything else was fine. Well done.

Best staffed location for an auto parts store I have seen post-Covid. The gentlemen there were helpful and attentive. They all seemed to have a good understanding of basic mechanics, as well as common issues with popular car brands. Recommend this location for anyone, especially women who don't want to be taken advantage of. Parts stock seems to be pretty good, as they have almost always had the part I needed. Prices can vary substantially between the 3 major suppliers in the auto parts game, I always suggest checking the other chains, as well as Rock Auto, to see what you should be paying for any given part.

Autozone was a life saver! I needed an obscure trailer connector, the day before my trip. Corey took the time to help me find the right part and make sure it worked. Thank you Corey and team in Bluffton, SC!

Great prices with even better customer service! I have a 2007 Nissan 350Z and needed to replace the struts for the rear hatchback. A local auto shop was going to charge me $280 for parts and installation. I called AutoZone and they had the exact struts for only $30 each. An associate was visiting from another store who is also a 350Z enthusiast. He offered to install them for me on the spot at no charge. It took him all of three minutes to install the struts and my car was perfect again. Thank you AutoZone for another great experience. I will definitely be back for all of my auto parts needs!

I came to the store with my check engine light on. I was about to head out on a 2,000 mile trip. I did not have the money for a mechanic to find out what was wrong. Josh, the sales associate was amazing. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong and found the parts quickly. He treated me with amazing patience and thoroughness till i was confident in what needed to be done for my car to be safe. JOSH is my hero! I will always go to AutoZone first when I have any questions or a need for my car.

Went in to see if they had a turn signal bulb for my Cadillac XT5. Clerk said it's an XTS and there was no XT5. Told her XTS was an older Cadillac and mine was indeed an XT5. She said "okayyyy" with attitude. Looked for like 2 seconds and said they didn't have one. Clearly she wasn't going to spend 2 minutes to help me out. Won't come here again.
